We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two convenient shipping methods to accommodate your needs:

- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch

- Free Shipping (orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: We currently ship worldwide, excluding some parts of Asia and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Modezzle fashion finds. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Return request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Underwear & Nightwear
- Swimwear (unless the original hygiene seal is intact)
How to Return an Item

- Ship Your Return
Once approved:- Package item securely in original packaging with all tags
- Include any free gifts received with the order

Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective/wrong items)
- For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

- Include photos of the damage/defect
- We’ll arrange free return shipping and expedite your replacement
